Terms of use

The rules for using Cropora’s free tools, written to be read. In short: use the tools freely, you keep full rights to your files, and the tools come without a guarantee.

1. Who we are

Cropora (cropora.app) is operated by REALIMOB REAL ESTATE S.R.L. (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. The service

Cropora offers free, browser-based tools for preparing images and videos for social media: a carousel splitter, a safe zone checker for vertical video and a screenshot beautifier, together with guides and downloadable templates. The tools run in your web browser. The files you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us, as explained in the privacy policy.

3. Free access and permitted use

The tools are free and do not require an account. You may use them for personal and commercial projects. You agree not to:

  • use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
  • disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems that host it;
  • present Cropora or its tools as your own product, or suggest that we endorse you, without our written permission.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the images, videos and screenshots you open in the tools and for how you use the results. Only use content that you own or have permission to use.

You keep all rights to your files and to the images you export. Using Cropora does not transfer ownership of your files or exports to us, and we do not receive a licence to them: because the files are processed on your device, we never receive them.

5. Our content and intellectual property

The website, including its design, software, text and the Cropora name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may freely use the safe zone templates and the images you create with the tools in your own content, including commercial content. You may not copy or republish the website itself, or substantial parts of its text, without our permission.

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and other platform names are trademarks of their respective owners. Cropora is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. Availability and limitations

We work to keep the tools accurate and available, but we provide them free of charge and cannot promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool or part of the website.

Results depend on your browser and device. Platform specifications change over time: the safe zones are estimates rather than official measurements, and the recommended sizes reflect typical requirements at the time of writing. Check important posts on the platform itself before publishing, and keep a copy of your original files.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business opportunities, arising from the use of this free service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence and for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing in these terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Advertising and links

The website may display advertising in the future. Advertisements and links to other websites are the responsibility of their owners; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you use the website as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Romania, without affecting your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or advertising. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Changes do not apply retroactively.
